Welcome to United Training Center, a premiere mixed martial arts training facility in Lacey, Washington is opening up it's new location near downtown Tacoma. United Training Center is a positive environment devoted to learning modern mixed martial arts (mma, grappling, kickboxing, brazilian jiu jitsu). UTC is co-owned by Eddy Ellis and Lisa Ward. Eddy and Lisa are mixed martial arts professionals dedicated to providing the best possible training for their students. Classes are designed to teach mma, discipline, self defense, and an excellent full body work out. United Training Center is a great alternative to large impersonal fitness facilities. Classes build strength, flexibility, endurance, cardio and great self defense skills.


If you are interested in competing in mma UTC owners are professionals that actively compete in some of the top mma and grappling events around. Our team members have competed in competitions all over the world. United Training Center has produced real world champions and offers some of the best mma and submission wrestling instruction in Washington. United Fight Team has mma fighters ranging from the amateur to the professional level. Students also train for fun and fitness. All are welcome. "You don't have to be a fighter to train like one."
